So, after quite some time i’m finally giving you guys an update on Rawkid instead of posting some neat and random stuff that i find on the web. Which is fun to do, but work has to be done as well! Well, actually i have been doing some work on the site, back in 2009. To me, this is really old news and it’s something i’d rather forget and move on. Which is often the best thing to do. Moving around in circles gets us nowhere, right?
Anyway, i wanted to share these screenshots of the website that was designed by yours truly and being developed by somebody else. To keep my story short, this somebody actually let me down. In a really bad way. Before i continue, this is not to bash the guy or put him in a bad spot here, he will remain completely anonymous so no asses are actually being kicked here. I believe it’s important and essential to keep things professional. I just wanted to get this off my chest and tell you guys that i have been busy and my motivation is still at it’s highest.
So now i’m stuck with this site, which i’ve managed to edit and customize to my likings. But i’m not a webdeveloper so i will never get it exactly how i want it to be. I know how i want it, i just lack the knowledge to apply it. And i simply don’t want to learn it. I just need to do my own things. I’ve learned that it’s okay not to be able to do everything and let others do what you simply can’t or not as good as them.
But yeah… thanks web developer who ditched me. I did get my money back but i’ve lost a lot of precious time. Thanks.
Anyway, thanks for looking at the previews. That won’t be happening for a while i can tell you that. But no worries, i always have a plan B.
